Description

The Village of Orland Park seeks a contractor for a turnkey replacement of shower partitions in the Men's and Women's Locker Rooms at the Orland Park Health & Fitness Center. The work includes demolition, removal, hauling, and lawful disposal of existing partitions and associated components; field verification; procurement and installation of new HDPE or solid phenolic partition systems; stainless-steel hardware; shower curtains and rods; benches; grab bars; hooks; ADA folding seats; anchoring systems; sealing; protection of existing plumbing and adjacent finishes; dust containment; daily cleanup; and final turnover cleaning. The project includes 21 compartments: 11 in the Women's Locker Room and 10 in the Men's Locker Room, including ADA stalls and a women's ADA combination restroom stall. The replacement systems must comply with applicable 2010 ADA Standards and the Illinois Accessibility Code. Proposals must include a technical proposal, implementation plan and project schedule, pricing, qualifications, and three similar-work references, along with the required compliance, insurance, disclosure, and responsible-bidder materials.
