Description
The Department of General Services Capital Programs is seeking professional design and engineering services for the replacement of roofing, flashing, and the addition of insulation as needed for approximately 400,000 square feet of building space. This project encompasses 11 buildings, identified as housing units A-K, two field houses, and a sally port, all located within the secure facility at SCI Forest. The estimated construction cost for this project is $9,600,000.00. The solicitation is open for applications until Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 4:30 PM. There are currently no set goals for Small Diverse Business (SDB) or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation, but applicants must agree to meet any established goals or demonstrate good faith efforts. Project documents, including the application and project brief, can be accessed and downloaded from the project's Trimble Unity Construct solicitation folder. Applicants are required to create a user profile on Trimble Unity Construct to view and download these documents. Additional requirements for shortlisted firms are also detailed within the Trimble Unity Construct solicitation documents. Applications will only be accepted through the Trimble Unity Construct bidding portal.
