Description
The Education Cooperative Purchasing Alliance is soliciting proposals for a non-mandatory cooperative master agreement covering secure shredding, document destruction, recurring scheduled pickups, one-time records purges, emergency or expedited pickups, and secure non-paper media destruction. Vendors may propose regional or statewide coverage and must support secure collection containers, documented chain of custody, cross-cut or comparably secure destruction, recycling or disposition, certificates of destruction, and related reporting and customer-service capabilities. The scope also includes on-site and/or off-site destruction, secure transportation, locked containers, records clean-out support, witnessed destruction, recycling/diversion reporting, staff training, and transparent regional pricing. The contract term is three years, with two possible one-year renewals. Responses must include a technical proposal, completed Excel pricing workbook, and completed procurement forms; the pricing workbook must be uploaded in Excel format, while the procurement forms must be uploaded as a PDF. The solicitation requires a notarized Non-Collusion Affidavit, with the original mailed separately to CIESC, and requires insurance including workers' compensation, $1,000,000 professional liability, and $1,000,000 commercial general liability coverage.
