Description
The Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission is soliciting bids to furnish its requirements for hot-pour ready mix joint sealant. The award, if made, will go to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid complies with the prescribed requirements. Bids must be submitted through the Commission's website using the prescribed bid form. The solicitation states that the Small Business Enterprise goal, including SBE, DBE, and EDGE participation, is waived. A bid guaranty and performance bond are not required.
