The St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) is seeking qualifications from respondents to provide Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) certification services in support of the organization's certification function. The opportunity is an RFQ and is currently accepting bids.
