Description
The City of Sunnyvale is soliciting proposals for on-call professional services contracts for hazardous materials (fire code) plan review and inspection services. These services will support the Department of Public Safety for the Applied Materials project located at 1010 E. Arques Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA. The scope includes reviewing plans for new construction, conducting field inspections, documenting findings, updating permit systems, and providing technical consultation to City staff and applicants. The project involves a new 3-story semiconductor research & development building and associated structures. Services may be performed remotely or on-site as directed by the City.
