Description
Glacier National Park requires annual inspections and testing of fire alarm and water-based sprinkler systems across various locations within the park. This includes approximately 22 fire alarm systems and 23 water-based sprinkler systems. The services must comply with the latest National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, specifically NFPA 72 for fire alarm systems and NFPA 25 for water-based fire protection systems. Inspection personnel must hold NICET Level II certifications. The contract will have a base year and four option years, with the potential for an additional six-month extension. The work is scheduled to occur between October 4th and October 6th, 2026, with specific dates and times for each building to be coordinated with the National Park Service to minimize interference with park operations. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary travel, labor, materials, supervision, and equipment.
