Description
The School Board of Citrus County, Florida is soliciting bids for comprehensive fire sprinkler system inspections, testing, and repair services. This contract will cover all sprinkler systems and related components, ensuring compliance with all applicable fire codes, manufacturer specifications, and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, including NFPA 25 and NFPA 17. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, expertise, equipment, and materials to perform routine inspections (quarterly, annual, and five-year), maintenance, and emergency repairs. Services are required across various school facilities within Citrus County, with specific sites and inspection schedules provided. Pricing for services, hourly labor rates, and a material mark-up percentage are to be submitted. The contract period is for one year, with the possibility of three one-year renewals.
