Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Mental Health is seeking a contractor to provide inspection and testing services for their fire suppression sprinkler systems at Taunton State Hospital. The services include inspection and testing of wet pipe systems, dry pipe systems, diesel fire pumps, sprinkler valve post indicators, annual fire hydrant testing, all sprinkler devices, and all trip testing for NFPA compliance. The contract will be for a three-year period, with services to be performed in accordance with NFPA codes and Joint Commission requirements. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on June 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Taunton State Hospital Power Plant. Bids are due by July 2, 2026.
