Cybersecurity Assets and Services for Bulk Electric System

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for vendors to provide cyber assets, equipment, software, or services supporting the Bulk Electric System. This procurement is in response to the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Standard-013, which became effective on October 1, 2020. LADWP has updated its procurement processes and requires vendors to be prequalified to participate in bidding opportunities related to CIP-013 compliance.
