Description
The City of Lubbock is soliciting proposals for professional promotional assessment center services for its Fire Department. The selected contractor will design, develop, administer, score, and evaluate job-related promotional assessment exercises used to assess candidates for promotion within Fire Department civil service classifications, and will provide related technical support. The submission package requires a vendor acknowledgement, completed response template, federal tax identification number or Social Security number, business proposal, and several required forms: Contact Person Form, Insurance Affidavit, Business Questionnaire, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Reference Form. The Reference Form requires three current customer references for similar projects; the City of Lubbock may not be used as a reference. The Conflict of Interest Questionnaire is listed as optional.
