Description
The Naperville Park District is soliciting sealed bids for the 2027 Springhill Park Playground Renovation. The work includes removals; installation of playground equipment; minor site grading; concrete curbing and flatwork; site furnishings; landscape restoration; and other miscellaneous work required for a complete project in accordance with the drawings and specifications. A bid bond is not required. If awarded, the contractor must provide a performance and labor and material payment surety bond for at least 100% of the contract amount before construction begins, subject to the stated statutory and Park District requirements. The contractor must also file a written substance abuse prevention program before commencing work. The contract is anticipated to be awarded in October 2026.
