Description
The Unified Government of Cusseta-Chattahoochee County is soliciting itemized bids for the remodel of Fire Station One. The contractor must provide all labor and materials to replace approximately 1,200 square feet of carpet and 600 square feet of ceiling tile; remove and install a 30-by-42-inch window; repair 34-by-31-inch window glass; install an exterior 36-inch door; and paint approximately 1,200 square feet of interior walls. The fire engine garage area is excluded from the project. A walk-through will be conducted before final payment. Bids must be itemized and submitted by email or drop-off as specified in the solicitation.
