Description
Russell County Commission is soliciting competitive bids for replacement of windows at the Old Russell County Library. The successful contractor must furnish all materials, transportation, labor, and equipment necessary to perform the work, and comply with applicable material, construction, quality, building-code, and state and local legal requirements. Bidders must possess all applicable county, city, and state licenses. Proof of liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance must be submitted before work begins. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled at the project site, and bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the specified solicitation title. The contract is intended to result in a single award to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder meeting the specifications.
