Description
The Muscogee County School District is soliciting proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk to provide pre-construction and construction services for the Hardaway High School Rear Entry Drive Upgrade. The project includes sitework, paving, retaining walls, utility work, minor interior construction, ADA compliance, and compliance with local ordinances. The Construction Manager will perform cost estimating, constructability analysis, scheduling, and project phasing, and will assist the School District and Project Engineer with finalizing the project schedule and budget. The contract will use the AIA A133-2019 Standard Form of Agreement, with payment based on the cost of work plus a fee and a guaranteed maximum price. Substantial completion is required before June 30, 2027. Evaluation factors include company stability, relevant experience and qualifications, management plan quality, past performance, and fee. The solicitation includes a mandatory pre-proposal conference and requires proposals to be submitted in sealed hard-copy packages.
