Description
The Alabama Department of Transportation is soliciting sealed bids for resurfacing and traffic striping on County Road 24, also known as Lato Road/Tarver Road, from County Road 137 to County Road 39 west of Fort Mitchell. The project length is 5.168 miles and must be completed within 30 working days. Bidders must be prequalified contractors or their authorized representatives. A cashier’s check or bid bond equal to 5% of the bid, capped at $50,000, must accompany each bid. The estimated project range is $1,004,338 to $1,227,525. The work is subject to applicable federal highway requirements, prevailing wage requirements, and federal nondiscrimination provisions.
