Description
Defence Construction Canada is seeking abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a source list for professional services provided on an as-needed basis at various locations in Atlantic Canada, excluding Newfoundland and Labrador. Required capabilities include project management, sustainable development expertise, mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineering, architecture, and technical support across disciplines. Services are priced primarily using hourly classification rates, with travel rates also requested. The source list is expected to select five proponents, including at least three capable of delivering services in both English and French. It will run for three years, with up to two additional one-year extensions by mutual agreement. The maximum estimated value is $18,000,000, with individual commissions generally expected to range from $100,000 to $350,000 and capped at $500,000. Abbreviated proposals must be submitted through the MERX Electronic Bidding System.
