Description
Vancouver Island Health Authority is establishing a qualified supplier roster for consulting services provided on an as-requested basis at Island Health sites. Respondents may apply for one or more categories: architectural, civil engineering, electrical engineering, elevator engineering, heliport, mechanical engineering, parking lot, roofing and building enclosure, and structural engineering consulting services. Applicants must submit a separate questionnaire for each selected category, along with the required submission form, geographic area form, and company information form. Category responses generally require an executive summary and corporate profile, scope of services, relevant healthcare or institutional project experience, and key personnel information. Selected suppliers may later participate in direct awards or invitational second-stage competitions; the RFSQ does not guarantee work volume or contract awards. U.S. suppliers are currently ineligible unless they have a place of business in Canada.
