Description
The City of Dallas is soliciting proposals for a three-year indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity turnkey banner sponsorship program for its Park and Recreation Department. The selected contractor will provide end-to-end support for City-led and vendor-led sponsorship sales, sponsor relationship management, pricing coordination, marketing and sales materials, and revenue-sharing or commission arrangements. The scope includes designing, building, hosting, maintaining, and supporting an e-commerce storefront where sponsors can view inventory, select and purchase banners, upload artwork, approve proofs, and complete payments. The contractor must also coordinate banner printing, finishing, shipping, delivery, order tracking, sponsor customer service, billing, collections, payment reconciliation, renewals, expiration tracking, financial reporting, and operational performance reporting. Proposals must address the required sales strategy, platform capabilities, production and fulfillment approach, service levels, pricing and fee structure, implementation timeline, and customer references. The solicitation includes a 7.75% SBE participation goal and requires documentation of good-faith efforts or compliance with the goal.
