Description
The City of Los Angeles is soliciting bids for four Zumro Model 311 Decon Systems, including low-pressure inflatable airbeam shelters with removable floors, decontamination and rinse plumbing, shower components, curtains, an auto-inflate berm, rapid-roll grids, and related accessories. The solicitation also requires four sets each of yellow shelters with white roof panels, custom-logo identification panels, LED light systems, anchor bladder sets, stake kits, and Model 311 water-handling kits containing a diesel water heater, manifold, hoses, sump pumps, connections, and gray-water bladders. No substitutions or alternates are permitted, and bidders must be authorized Zumro distributors and provide manufacturer-signed authorization notice. The bidder must complete and upload the full quotation package and required forms through the Los Angeles Vendor Self Service website. The City requires delivery by December 30, 2026, on an FOB-destination, freight-prepaid basis; the actual delivery address will be provided after award. The procurement is funded in part by a federal grant, so the applicable federal grant certifications and City responsibility, lobbying, conduct, and related compliance documents must be submitted as required.
