Description
The City seeks a consultant to develop a cohesive wayfinding and signage program that guides visitors, residents, and workers to destinations such as parks, civic facilities, businesses, parking, and transit. The work includes reviewing existing signs; analyzing potential sign locations; gathering community input; and developing a branded sign array with design options, a phased implementation plan, and cost estimates. The consultant must also prepare editable technical specifications and bid-ready documents for fabrication and installation, and present the final program to the City Council. Proposals must include a completed fee schedule and address the required qualifications, team, approach, schedule, and at least three comparable projects with public-sector references. The proposal is limited to 10 letter-size pages and must be submitted as a PDF under 12 MB. The selected consultant will be subject to the attached professional services agreement and its insurance requirements.
