Description
Ramsey County, through its County Manager Department, is seeking qualified newspapers to publish official proceedings, legal notices, financial statements, delinquent real estate tax lists, redemption notices, election-related notices, and other statutory publications during 2027. The contractor must comply with Minnesota requirements for qualified newspapers, accept and manipulate electronic copy, prepare proofs for County approval, publish corrected versions when errors occur, and provide affidavits and specified copies of published editions. The solicitation includes three pricing groups: the official newspaper, a qualified newspaper located in a different Ramsey County municipality, and other qualified newspapers. Awards may be made by group, including multiple awards for Group C. The resulting rate-setting contract is anticipated to begin January 1, 2027, for no more than one year. Subcontractors are not allowed.
