Description
Ramsey County, through its Public Works Department and in cooperation with the cities of Little Canada and Vadnais Heights, seeks a qualified professional engineering consulting firm to provide design services for the Vadnais Boulevard Project from Rice Street to County Road E. The project is funded by the Minnesota State Legislature and is included in the County’s 2026–2030 Transportation Improvement Program. The solicitation package includes background plans and records for prior bikeway, roadway, bridge, drainage, and topographic survey work to support design of the project and its eventual construction.
