Description
The project includes raising 5th Avenue to meet the height of the existing levee where it intersects with Pigs Eye Lake Road; salvaging and relocating Jersey barriers, power and networking panels, and a camera; and constructing a vehicular gate. The solicitation is restricted to firms listed in the Metropolitan Council Underutilized Business (MCUB) Directory at the time of bid submission under the Council’s MCUB Select program. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN, and bidders must be registered plan holders. Accessing the project plans constitutes agreement to the stated nondisclosure terms for nonpublic plan data. The bid opening will be held by Microsoft Teams.
