Description
Salt Lake City Corporation's Department of Airports is seeking one qualified independent audit firm under a five-year on-call agreement with no guaranteed minimum volume. Work will be authorized through task orders with defined scopes, deliverables, schedules, and not-to-exceed fees. Services include concession and revenue audits; percentage-rent and minimum-annual-guarantee testing; point-of-sale and revenue-system integrity reviews; compliance, contract-monitoring, and information-technology audits; regulatory, billing, and contract-administration reviews; risk-based audit planning; audit fieldwork under applicable GAGAS or IIA standards; reporting; and follow-up testing. Respondents must have an active CPA license, at least five years of airport internal-audit experience, independence from relevant concessionaires and contractors, and proposed staff with appropriate certifications and qualifications. The response must include a fee schedule, team qualifications, project experience, at least three client references, an organization chart, and the completed GRAMA affirmation.
