Description
The Wyoming Department of Health, Public Health Division, is seeking a contractor to develop a new identity for its Wyoming Quit Tobacco program. The scope includes a comprehensive logo suite; brand voice, messaging standards, style guide, accessibility standards, icons, graphic elements, and customizable Google Suite templates; tobacco- and nicotine-free signage; and a quick-start guide for staff. The contractor must also design, build, host, secure, maintain, and support a responsive, non-proprietary CMS-based public website with domain and SSL management, analytics, referral tracking, accessibility compliance, security controls, archiving, disaster recovery, and technical documentation. Additional work includes formative research, a statewide evidence-based multi-channel public education campaign, copywriting and creative production, management of existing campaign assets during transition, dissemination, evaluation, and recurring reports on engagement and behavioral outcomes. The expected initial project duration is two years, with possible extensions up to a total contract period of six years.
