Description
Casper College is requesting proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms to provide financial preparation engagement services for fiscal years ending June 30, 2027, June 30, 2028, and June 30, 2029. The selected firm will assist with preparation of financial statements, accounts, records, and data for a separate annual financial and compliance audit, including support for federal Single Audit documentation. The scope includes review of general government accounts, federal awards, internal controls, operating procedures, budgetary and legal compliance, and identification of weaknesses that may be addressed through journal entries or process adjustments. Proposals must describe the firm's Wyoming qualifications and license status, governmental experience, assigned personnel, peer-review results, approach and work plan, anticipated financial or audit problems, similar engagements, references, and two comparable management-report samples. A completed Casper College Bid Form, cover sheet, references, and the firm's standard financial-services contract must accompany the sealed proposal. The contract is intended to run for three years, with a possible two-year renewal at the College's option.
