Description
The Bureau of Land Management is soliciting a contractor to drill and construct the Gray Wall livestock water well in Natrona County, Wyoming. The estimated work includes drilling a minimum 9.5-inch borehole to approximately 150 feet, installing contractor-furnished 5-inch PVC casing and a 5-inch well screen, formation stabilizer, gravel packing, an 8-inch steel protective casing, well development, yield testing, disinfection, mobilization, and related site restoration. All labor, equipment, supplies, materials, permits, transportation, disposal, and other costs necessary to perform the work are the contractor's responsibility. The work must be performed by a licensed well driller in accordance with Wyoming water-well construction standards and the statement of work. Quotes must include a technical proposal with a drilling plan, proposed equipment and personnel, materials information, project schedule, relevant experience, and confirmation of the ability to perform the work. The relevant-experience section must identify at least three similar projects completed within the past five years and may not exceed ten pages. A completed quote schedule, SF 18, acknowledgment of amendments if issued, and bid guarantee on SF 24 are also required. Quotes must be submitted as PDF files by email to the contract specialist and contracting officer. Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable responsible quoter.
