Description
The State of Kansas is soliciting bids for on-call concrete services, including placement, repairs, and delivery. This is an "as-needed" contract, with individual project values typically ranging from $1,000 to $100,000, and a maximum contract value of $250,000. Work is expected to be performed during normal State of Kansas business hours, though overtime may be required with prior written approval. Contractors will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, permits, licenses, and taxes. Projects may consist of concrete material delivery only. The contract period is from the date of award through April 30, 2031.
