Description
Ocean County is soliciting bids for a contractor to perform concrete floor topping services at the Northern Recycling Center. The project involves work at two locations: the Northern Recycling Center at 601 New Hampshire Avenue, Lakewood, NJ, and the Southern Transfer Station at 226 Haywood Road, Stafford Township, NJ. Key activities include demolition of existing concrete pads and asphalt, saw cutting of concrete, surface preparation (shot blasting or hydrodemolition), application of an epoxy bonding agent, and installation of a 2-inch minimum thick concrete floor topping with metallic aggregate.
