Description
This solicitation is for the replacement of ADA-compliant stairs and ramps at SUNY Oswego's Lakeside Dining Hall. The project involves site demolition, earthwork, removal of spoils, installation of reinforced concrete walls with veneers, stairs, railings, concrete sidewalks, plantings, and lawn seeding. Specific scope of work includes bluestone masonry veneer, stone work, site preparation, site earthwork, site concrete work, metal bollards, and planting. Bids are due by 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Bid submissions can be emailed to jwillis@pacassociates.com, faxed to 315-343-9554, or mailed to PAC Associates, 11 Fourth Ave-Ste G, Oswego, NY 13126.
