The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is soliciting bids for sidewalk repairs to Building 515 at the Rio Grande State Center (RGSC), located at 1401 S. Rangerville Road, Harlingen, TX 78552. The scope of work includes demolition of existing concrete sidewalks and slabs, installation of concrete forms, rebar, and pouring new concrete with a brush finish. This includes repairs to sidewalks and slabs at Building 515 and also at the Serenity Garden. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and disposal necessary for the project. Services are to be performed Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central Time. Bidders must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience and provide at least three verifiable references for similar projects within the last three years.
