Description
The City of La Porte is soliciting sealed bids for the supply of roadway salt for the 2026–2027 season. Roadway salt must be supplied in accordance with the specifications and Contract Documents. Bidders must submit the prescribed Bid Form, State Board of Accounts Form 96, an executed non-collusion affidavit, signed addenda if issued, completely executed Affidavits of Compliance, and satisfactory bid security. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to 5% of the bid amount. The City reserves the right to reject bids or make a full or partial award.
