Description
The Village of Three Oaks is soliciting sealed bids for construction of its 2027 Sidewalk Improvements Project. The work includes removing approximately 1,000 square yards of existing sidewalk and associated curb and gutter, curb ramps, trees, and driveways, followed by construction of approximately 10,000 square feet of five-foot-wide concrete sidewalk, curb ramps, curb and gutter, driveways of various materials, restoration, and related appurtenances. A certified check or bank draft payable to the owner, or a satisfactory bid bond, must accompany each bid in an amount equal to 5% of the bid. The successful bidder must furnish performance and labor-and-material bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price. Use of local contractors and labor is encouraged, and the owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive bidding irregularities.
