Description
Eau Claire Public Schools is requesting firm-fixed-price quotations for Category 2 services, including approximately 75 Ubiquiti U7-Pro or equivalent wireless access points with necessary software and licenses, installation, configuration, and maintenance. The district may accept equivalent products and may select more than one provider for a service type. The scope also includes wireless access-point maintenance, approximately five each of antennas, connectors, and related components, and approximately five feet of cabling. Vendors must itemize any products or services that are not eligible for E-rate funding, maintain an E-rate SPIN, have the required 2027 Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 on file by September 1, 2027, and maintain an active SAM.gov registration. Quotes must be firm fixed price; multi-year contracts may be considered. Evaluation will consider price, prior experience, understanding of needs, personnel qualifications, completeness, and the bidder’s ability to complete implementation within the required timeframe.
