Description
Greer Housing Authority is seeking a contractor to provide Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher inspection services beginning January 1, 2027. The scope includes scheduling and conducting biennial inspections, initial inspections, complaint inspections, and reinspections as assigned, along with preparing inspection reports. Contractors must demonstrate experience with Housing Choice Voucher inspections, knowledge of HUD's National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE), qualified inspectors, relevant experience, references, and the ability to meet inspection and reporting requirements. Quotes must include unit pricing. The program has capacity for 290 vouchers and currently serves approximately 240 households.
