Description
Greenville County is seeking vendors to physically post Notices of Levy for unpaid taxes and fees on land, homes, mobile or modular homes, boats, motors, and aircraft located within Greenville County. The contractor must receive electronic property listings, prepare notices, post them at properties during specified hours, access gated communities, handle landlocked properties, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, correct improper postings, and report properties that cannot be posted. The contractor must provide a secure database accessible during and for at least six years after the posting process, with searchable records, daily paid/unpaid updates, completion reports, photographs, hard-copy printouts, and GIS-variance reporting. Proposals must address company qualifications, at least three references, key personnel, understanding of the services, communication, software capabilities, proposed solution, pricing, and other requested information. The contract is for one year with up to four additional annual renewals, and Greenville County may award to multiple vendors.
