Description
The School District of Greenville County is soliciting design-build proposals for the design, furnishing, installation, commissioning, training, and warranty support of new color-changing LED sports lighting systems at 14 high school athletic fields, with Fountain Inn High School included if funding allows. The scope includes field surveys, photometric and structural design, evaluation or replacement of poles and foundations, electrical and control-system upgrades, removal and disposal of existing fixtures, permitting support, site restoration, testing, and staff training. Systems must provide independently controllable, networked lighting with scheduling, dimming, remote diagnostics, and dynamic color-changing/show capabilities. Proposers must provide a technical proposal addressing qualifications, at least three similar reference projects completed within the last five years, key personnel, proposed fixtures and controls, technical approach, phasing, safety and quality control, subcontractors, and pricing. Performance and payment bonds are required, and the project has an anticipated period of up to 24 months from award for final completion.
