Spartanburg County School District Six is seeking a qualified provider for a term contract covering industrial-grade fencing, gates, closures, new installations, replacements, repairs, ongoing maintenance, demolition and removal, utility locating, post-hole drilling, labor, and related materials. The fixed-price schedule includes galvanized steel chain-link fencing and gates, black vinyl-coated fencing and gates, prehung panic-bar gates, decorative steel fencing and gates, posts, hardware, and labor rates. Residential-grade fencing is not acceptable, and materials must comply with applicable Chain Link Fence Manufacturers Institute and ASTM standards. The awarded vendor will support projects at various district sites, with standard installation completion requested within 30 days after receipt of order, standard repair response within 48 hours, and emergency repair response within 12 hours or less. The district expects approximately $85,000 in yearly expenditures but provides no guaranteed quantity or spending commitment. The contract is for one year with four annual renewal options, for a maximum term of five years, effective December 1, 2026. Bidders must submit the completed fixed-price bid form, signed solicitation cover pages, a completed and signed W-9, the South Carolina Illegal Immigration Reform Act compliance form, company qualifications and experience information, insurance information, and at least three references with contact information.
