Description
The Utah Department of Veterans and Military Affairs is seeking a qualified general contractor to construct a new 105-bed skilled nursing facility in West Valley City. This is Stage II: Invitation to Interview of a multistage selection process. Only contractors shortlisted during Stage I: Request for Proposals are invited to interview and submit cost proposals. The construction cost estimate is $73,000,000.
