Description
The Iowa Board of Regents Office of Internal Audit requests proposals for an audit management software solution supporting 20 staff across the University of Iowa, Iowa State University, and the University of Northern Iowa. The solution must support risk-based and multi-year audit planning, audit and project lifecycle management, workpaper and evidence management, review and approval workflows, issue remediation, audit trails, user access management, archiving, time and resource management, dashboards, and standardized and customized reporting. Proposals must address hosting options, artificial intelligence or AI integration, integration with Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, and Adobe PDF, security controls, high availability, data migration from existing audit software, implementation and migration plans, client resource requirements, technical architecture, compliance documentation, training, licensing or subscription costs, maintenance, and support. Respondents must provide three internal-audit client references from the previous five years and be prepared to provide a live demonstration upon request.
