Description
The State of New Jersey seeks a contractor to administer its ongoing Behavioral Risk Factor Survey of adult residents by landline and cell phone in English and Spanish. The work includes operating an approved computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) system; programming and updating the survey; conducting at least 7,500 completed interviews annually; training interviewers; following CDC survey and crisis-response protocols; and performing call monitoring and interview validation. The contractor must code dispositions, clean and format survey data, and submit monthly data files and reports to the State and CDC. The scope also includes managing sample records, accommodating emerging questions and questionnaire versions, and securely handling respondent data. The solicitation anticipates a four-year base term with up to four one-year extensions.
