Description
The City of Winston-Salem is soliciting proposals for the operation of softball fields at Walkertown Community Park and Union Cross Park. Facility tours were available by appointment from August 24 through September 4, 2026, and attendance was not mandatory. The solicitation states that operating partnerships or subcontractor structures are not specifically prohibited, but any permitted third parties must be identified and provide a commitment with the proposal; the City normally would not enter into an agreement with such structures. Questions were due September 9, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Proposals are due September 17, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. and must be submitted by email to bids@cityofws.org. Addendum 1 must be acknowledged and included with the bid proposal.
