Gilmer Independent School District is soliciting bids for Category 2 internal-connection equipment and services. The requested scope includes three switches with necessary software and licenses, one rack, 17 uninterruptible power supply/battery backup units with necessary software and licenses, installation and initial configuration where specified, and functional equivalents where permitted. The opportunity also includes basic maintenance of three switches and managed internal broadband services for existing equipment. Bidders must complete the basic Category Two cover page, provide exact dollar amounts for eligible and ineligible charges, include applicable taxes, installation, lift rental, and travel costs in project totals, and identify separate costs for each project being bid. Bid documents should be combined into one folder for upload; ZIP files are accepted. Questions must be submitted through the designated IFCB question process rather than directly to the applicant.
