The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking expressions of interest for leasing approximately 2,046 gross square feet of existing Class A or B retail space in the Tyler, Texas area, specifically in zip code 75703. The space must comply with all federal, state, and local ordinances, as well as Department of Defense Unified Facility Criteria for force protection. Either designated or open parking is required. The intended lease term is an initial five years, and the space must be ready for occupancy by September 30, 2026.
