Description
Gilmer Independent School District is soliciting bids for Category 2 internal-connection equipment and related services for Funding Year 2027. The requested scope includes three switches with necessary software and licenses, one rack, and 17 uninterruptible power supply/battery-backup units with necessary software and licenses. The district will accept functional equivalents; the application identifies Ruckus or equivalent for switches and CyberPower or an equivalent for the UPS equipment. The opportunity also includes basic maintenance of three existing switches and managed internal broadband services for existing equipment. Installation and initial configuration are required for the new switches, racks, and UPS units. Bidders must submit the required cover page and a quote or bill of materials for the projects being bid, with eligible and ineligible costs, shipping, installation, and applicable taxes itemized as specified.
