Description
The City of Jacksonville, Texas, is soliciting financing proposals from qualified individuals and financial institutions for the lease-purchase of a new Fire Department mini-pumper. The amount to be financed is $594,000, with repayment through five annual payments in arrears. The financing must use a fixed interest rate for the full term, and respondents must provide an amortization schedule showing principal, interest, total payments, and outstanding balances. Responses must identify all fees and expenses, rate-lock terms, prepayment provisions, funding requirements, and any security or repayment provisions. Respondents must submit the City's Bid Sheet, at least three comparable references from the past two years, an Addendum Acknowledgment Form or signed addenda, the Solicitation Questionnaire, a compliance statement, financial capability information, a fund-disbursement policy, and the required amortization schedule.
