Description
The Town of Braintree is soliciting sealed construction bids for Sewer System Rehabilitation—Year 13, Contract S26-1. The base bid includes approximately 34 vertical feet of cementitious manhole lining, 11,350 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe, one lateral liner, and related work. Alternate Bid No. 1 adds approximately 2,600 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe, and Alternate Bid No. 2 adds approximately 4,675 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe. The required completion period is 85 consecutive calendar days for the base bid, 100 days for the base bid plus Alternate No. 1, 110 days for the base bid plus Alternate No. 2, or 120 days for the base bid plus both alternates. Sealed bids are due at the Braintree Water & Sewer Department by the stated deadline and will be publicly opened and read aloud.
