Description
This construction project includes installing a new packaged rooftop HVAC unit and modifying associated ductwork, structural supports, electrical connections, gas piping, and controls. The work also includes integrating the equipment with the existing building management system, balancing affected systems, and coordinating roof modifications with the approved roofing contractor. The plans and specifications describe the equipment, installation, and related requirements.
