Description
The project involves replacing concrete sidewalks, ADA ramps, driveways, and curb and gutter; adjusting meter boxes and valves to grade and adding concrete collars; and lifting, adjusting, or replacing concrete at various city park locations. Work is generally distributed throughout the city and will be awarded as a single prime contract on a unit-price basis. Bidders must submit proof of qualifications and furnish bid security in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The advertisement states that all documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted, but that Bid Form and the other referenced documents are not included in the provided solicitation package.
